AP Meditation — Active Personalized Meditation — is created specifically from your intake: what you're carrying, where you feel it in your body, and what feeling better actually looks like for you. Your words become the meditation. How it works: You complete a short intake form. Astrika builds your meditation from your own language and patterns — designed to help you release what's heavy and anchor something new in your nervous system. Your session: Your meditation is offered in person at Astrika's office at Harmony Haven in Newport, Washington — read aloud by Astrika in real time, built specifically for you. Directions are sent by email after you book. Accessibility: My in-person office at Harmony Haven is in a converted building that is raised off the ground, with steps at the entrance, and the restroom on the property is a portable toilet. If stairs or the restroom are a barrier for you, I offer the same personalized meditation by phone, from anywhere, at the same price. If you live within 15 miles of Newport, Washington, I can also arrange an in-home visit. Please contact me and we'll find what works. After booking your session: You will receive an intake form by email. Your responses help Astrika understand where you are and what you're carrying — so she can meet you there from the first moment. Please complete it when you have some quiet space. Please have it completed 24 hours before our session to prevent rescheduling. This is not generic relaxation.
