This 90-minute deep assessment session does one specific thing: helps your body update its predictions so you can actually live the life you already know is possible. This is not therapy. It is not coaching. It is precision nervous system work. What happens in session: Six guided phases move you from co-regulatory grounding through pattern identification, loop mapping, and into live embodied rehearsal — where you practice the new pattern in real time and feel the shift in your body, not just your understanding. You leave with a clear map of your specific nervous system pattern, a personal Anchor Ritual built and practiced in session, and your next steps clearly named. This session is for you if: You know what you need to do but can't get your body to follow through. You're stuck in a loop — reactivity, self-sabotage, or patterns that repeat despite your best efforts. You've done the work but something essential still feels missing. This session is educational and experiential. It is not medical care, mental health treatment, or clinical diagnosis. You remain the final authority over your own choices and integration. After booking your session: You will receive an intake form by email. Your responses help Astrika understand where you are and what you're carrying — so she can meet you there from the first moment.
